What Happens on the Day
A Wild Action zoologist arrives at your school or centre fully equipped, animals included.
Once set up, they guide your students through a hands-on session built around the animals they’ve brought, covering each species’ behaviour, biology and conservation, along with the stories behind them.
We adjust each educational incursion to suit your audience. Our school shows run for one hour. Animals featured across our programs include reptiles like pythons and blue-tongue lizards, marsupials, native birds, and invertebrates. Every animal is carefully selected for temperament and comfort around groups, and every interaction is supervised by trained zoologists.

Every Wild Action educational incursion is designed with the Victorian Curriculum in mind. Our programs cover science, biology, and environmental studies outcomes and are adapted to suit the specific year level and learning goals of each group.

We are the largest provider of wildlife educational incursions in the state, and that reputation has been built one school visit at a time.
